As a Fully qualified Personal Trainer and advanced Nutrtionist my role is to help, guide and support you. I have been in the firness industry for 10yrs, taking classes, groups courses and 121s. I want to be able to reach out further to those who want to change their current lifestyle and create healthier habits resulting in a transformation.
